These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you,” “Client,” or “User”) and Forday Holdings LLC, a Nevada limited liability company doing business as FullTimeCreditRepair.com (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), with its principal place of business at 3550 Paradise Road #607, Las Vegas, Nevada 89169.

By accessing or using our website located at https://fulltimecreditrepair.com (the “Website”), enrolling in our credit repair services, purchasing or accessing our “Starting From ZERO” educational program, requesting information, initiating contact, or otherwise engaging with our services (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Website and Services.

1. Scope of Services

We offer administrative credit repair and restoration assistance, which may include reviewing credit reports, preparing and submitting dispute correspondence to credit reporting agencies and furnishers, follow-up communications, and related support services (our “Credit Repair Services”). Our “Attorney Escalated Credit Repair” offering utilizes attorney-drafted templates, escalation protocols, and administrative processes performed by non-attorney personnel. We also provide educational materials, training modules, and business blueprints through our “Starting From ZERO” program to assist individuals in understanding credit concepts and exploring entrepreneurial opportunities in the credit space.

Important Notice: We are not a law firm. We are not attorneys. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, or any form of attorney-client services. All Services are strictly administrative and/or educational in nature.

2. No Guarantees or Representations of Results

We make no representations, warranties, or guarantees—express or implied—regarding any specific outcome, improvement in credit scores, removal of any particular item from your credit reports, or achievement of any financial objective. Credit repair outcomes depend upon numerous factors beyond our control, including the policies and responses of credit reporting agencies, data furnishers, your individual credit history, applicable law, and third-party actions.

Any references to timelines (such as “24-hour review” or similar), examples, case studies, or client testimonials appearing on the Website or in marketing materials pertain solely to the timing of our initial administrative actions and do not constitute promises of results. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)

We operate in full compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 1679 et seq.) and all applicable state laws, including those of Nevada.

Pursuant to CROA:

• We shall not charge or receive any fee or other valuable consideration for Services before we have fully performed each service described in your written service contract.
• Prior to the commencement of any Services, you will receive a separate written Service Contract that fully discloses the terms, services to be performed, estimated timeframe, total charges, and your rights.
• You possess a three-business-day right to cancel the Service Contract for any reason without penalty, as detailed in the mandatory “Notice of Cancellation” provided therein.
• Billing will appear on statements as “LEGITLY” by Forday Holdings LLC (or as otherwise disclosed in your Service Contract). Our standard recurring fee is $195 per month (or the amount expressly stated in your Service Contract), charged only after Services for the applicable period have been performed.

4. “Starting From ZERO” Educational Program

The “Starting From ZERO” program consists solely of informational and educational content intended to provide general knowledge regarding credit principles and potential business models. Success in applying any concepts depends entirely upon your independent efforts, market conditions, regulatory compliance, and other variables. We make no representations or guarantees regarding income, business formation, client acquisition, profitability, or any other outcome.

5. Website Use and “As Is” Disclaimer

The Website and all content, materials, and Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, with no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We disclaim any liability for viruses, malware, or harmful components. Your use of the Website and reliance on any information is at your sole risk.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logos, templates, dispute letters, training materials, software, and trademarks—is the exclusive property of Forday Holdings LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

7. User Obligations

You represent and warrant that: (i) you are at least 18 years of age; (ii) all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; (iii) you will comply with all applicable laws; and (iv) you will not misuse the Website or Services, including transmitting harmful code, infringing rights, or engaging in fraudulent activity.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FORDAY HOLDINGS LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES—INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, CREDIT SCORE CHANGES, FINANCIAL OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES—ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Forday Holdings LLC and its members, managers, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (i) your use of the Website or Services; (ii) your violation of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (iv) any content or information you submit or transmit.

10. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS, THE WEBSITE, OR THE SERVICES SHALL BE RESOLVED EXCLUSIVELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION administered by the American Arbitration Association in Las Vegas, Nevada, pursuant to its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. The date at the top indicates the most recent version. Your continued use of the Website or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with your Service Contract (if applicable) and our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
