Full Time Credit Repair (including its affiliates, entities, representatives such as David Forde, and associated parties) is not a law firm, attorney, or licensed legal professional. We do not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal opinions, interpretations of law, or any legal services. We are not authorized to practice law in any jurisdiction and do not create any attorney-client relationship.
Our credit repair services are strictly limited to administrative and preparatory tasks, such as reviewing credit reports, preparing standard dispute letters, and filing related paperwork. These activities are commonly referred to as “legwork” in many consumer protection attorney offices and are performed in full compliance with the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) (15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
Escalation and Attorney Referral Process
- After the 90-day mark of your service enrollment, or upon your specific written request (but not before 30 days from the start of services), we may—at our sole discretion and based on your credit situation—refer you to independent, licensed Consumer Protection Attorneys from our network.
- These attorneys may offer escalated assistance, such as representation letters, cease-and-desist notices, or other legal correspondence—if they accept your case.
- Referrals are provided solely as an accommodation. We receive no compensation, referral fees, or remuneration from these attorneys.
- We make no guarantees of attorney acceptance, case success, or any outcomes.
- All decisions to engage, fees, communications, strategies, and results are solely between you and the referred attorney.
- Full Time Credit Repair assumes no responsibility or liability for the services, advice, performance, or results of any referred attorney.
Key Warnings and Recommendations
- Credit repair results are never guaranteed. Each situation is unique and depends on factors like credit bureau policies, creditor responses, and report accuracy—none of which we control.
- We strongly recommend consulting your own independent licensed attorney or qualified legal professional for personalized legal advice on credit matters, escalation options, or any related issues.
- Nothing on this website, in our communications, or services should be construed as legal advice or a promise of specific credit improvements.
